Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Sutton Health and Care Reablement Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide an inpatient rehabilitation service for service users in South West London.

Main Duties
  • Work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team in the assessment and management of a caseload of clients on the reablement unit within timeframes set.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate the treatment needs of clients with a variety of complex social and health care needs.
  • Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team in developing and delivering high-quality and innovative services to the local population.
  • Promote effective teamwork within SWL and Sutton Health and Care, delegating activities appropriately, to the benefit of the clients and service delivery.
