Sales Support Representative

This temporary customer experience advisor position offers an exciting opportunity to join Austin Fraser's team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of sales orders, managing forward and back orders, and accurately logging customer interactions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can thrive in dynamic environments and work collaboratively with the logistics and sales teams.
Key Requirements- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems would be beneficial.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Free parking facilities on site
- Ongoing training and support from a collaborative team
The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience.
