Tilbury Douglas Site Management Trainee

The Tilbury Douglas Site Management Trainee program provides an exceptional opportunity for individuals to develop their careers in construction. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced Site Engineers, gaining hands-on experience in site management, health and safety, and quality control.
Key responsibilities include supporting Site Engineers in planning and organizing daily work, preparing designs and reports, and developing skills in levelling equipment and measuring devices. You will also have the opportunity to study towards a Level 4 Civil Engineering Senior Technician apprenticeship and gain valuable work-based experience.
A competitive salary of £29,000 - £36,000 per annum is available, along with benefits including 26 days annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, and a company pension scheme matched up to 8%.
