**Your Role**

We are seeking a skilled Climbing Instructor to join our team at our leisure center. As a Climbing Instructor, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for our customers to enjoy climbing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and lead climbing sessions for all ages and abilities, ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure the climbing area is safe and well-maintained, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote climbing activities and events.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working in a leisure or climbing environment, with a focus on customer service and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Desirable: Climbing wall instructor qualification or equivalent experience.
