About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Climbing Instructor to join our team at Leisure (Operations). As a Climbing Instructor, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging climbing environment for our customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring the climbing area is safe and hazard-free at all times.
- Leading fun and interactive climbing sessions for all ages and abilities.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a climbing or adventure sports setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
