We're committed to delivering exceptional care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care duties, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administering medication as required
  • Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
What We're Looking For

We're seeking compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care. You'll need to have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. Excellent English language skills are also essential.

We offer a competitive rate of £13.45 per hour, plus 35p mileage allowance and travel time at National Minimum wage. You'll also receive full training induction, a 12-week mentor, and ongoing training and support. Our flexible working arrangements allow you to choose between full-time or part-time work, and we offer a pension scheme, smartphone technology, and free uniform.
