About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our Outlets Merchandising team at our Central London Head Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and trading the outlet range across our own buy and terminal product, ensuring terminal stock is cleared in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Trading: Develop and implement effective planning and trading strategies to maximize profit and minimize markdowns.
  • Terminal Stock Management: Manage terminal stock levels, including the clearance of stock through 3rd party partners.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the outlet product development team to ensure collections are bought and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and present weekly trading reports to summarize, analyze, and identify key drivers, proposing necessary trading actions.
  • Order Placement and Intake: Manage monthly order placement and intake plans with suppliers to maintain planned stock levels, identifying lines for promotion, repeats, and risk assessments.
  • Business Stock Meeting: Chair the monthly business stock meeting to update on the clearing of terminal stock within agreed trading parameters, presenting key actions to the executive team.
