Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at beBee Professionals in the UK. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, aligning with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using CRM software and data analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, leveraging negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies, staying ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales tools and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred but not required.
