Job Opportunity: Experienced Joinery Professional - On-Site Installation

Cabcon, a sister company of CRS NI, is seeking an experienced joinery professional to install our modular cabins on-site. As a master craftsman, you will be responsible for assembling cabin structures, installing windows and doors, and completing other mechanical assembly work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete first fix carpentry to prepare cabin walls/roof panel studwork by following technical drawings.
  • Insulate and secure cabin walls in preparation for vacuum press.
  • Erect cabin structures by following provided drawings.
  • Install windows and doors.
  • Complete flashing of corners, ensuring a tidy and presentable finish.

Requirements:
  • Relevant joinery qualification preferred but not essential.
  • First fix joinery experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Own tools preferred.
  • Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience.
