Our client is a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants that continues to grow its client base and service lines.

The company's people-centric approach to management, engagement, and development has led to significant growth, resulting in the need to appoint an additional qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to take on more responsibility and elevate their career to the next level.

The Role

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements for limited companies, preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, and developing KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.

A strong project management background, mentoring, and supporting the team are also essential.

Maintaining and building client relationships while prioritizing workload appropriately and adhering to strict deadlines are crucial skills required for this position.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a recently obtained accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • two years of experience in an accounts environment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
