CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Policy and Decant Voids Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of void property management, including policy voids and fire damaged properties. This will involve line management of specified members of the Voids Team and ensuring compliance with Council processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the timely provision of design, procurement, and contract management of all properties allocated.
  • Ensure compliance with Council processes and procedures, and statutory and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance, and ensure dissemination of best practice in relation to all aspects of the service and implementation.
  • Liaise with colleagues and other Housing and Council departments to ensure effective procurement, design, and delivery of the works.
  • Set appropriate and challenging targets, and comprehensively monitor the performance of staff under your management within the Voids Team, taking corrective action as necessary.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
  • Significant high-level project management experience in local government or the voluntary sector.
