Nursery Manager Opportunity

This beautiful nursery, situated in the Warwickshire countryside, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery, working closely with the team to provide a high-quality service to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursery team to ensure excellent standards of care and education
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and effective educational programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education, making recommendations for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and external partners to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 4 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Sound knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulations
