Nursery Manager Job Opportunity

This beautiful nursery, situated in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range]
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and education
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors
  • Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • At least 4 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
