Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Lytham St. Annes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each service user.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Full UK driving license.
