About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English teacher to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As a Trainee Lecturer/Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of our students by building their English skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English to students at various levels, from beginner to advanced.
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.

Requirements

  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/QTS) or willingness to obtain.
  • English degree desirable.
