About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English teacher to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As a Trainee Lecturer/Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of our students by building their English skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English language and literature to students of varying levels and abilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/QTS) or willingness to obtain
  • English degree (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
