Strategic Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team at Bristow. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with maintenance and fleet engineering teams to ensure accurate planning and strategic incorporation of tasks.
- Conduct cost comparison analysis and assist with special projects, such as system migrations and process harmonization.
- Develop and maintain Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC) and escalation tables used during tender analysis protocols.
- Ensure accurate ownership of material in the ERP system and work closely with purchasing teams to forecast requirements.
- Analyze unscheduled parts usage and suggest inventory holdings for Bristow and OEMs.
- Maintain and execute material consignment agreements and monitor vendor performance.
- Work closely with repairs teams to identify TATs and suggest additional inventory purchases.
- Identify obsolete material and make cost-effective decisions on upgrades, disposal, or sale.
- Ensure the ERP system is up-to-date with relevant fleet types and analyze priority orders and cannibalizations of parts.
- Assist with ERP system changes, including material movement between systems.
- Good standard of education or equivalent material planning and inventory experience.
- Strong understanding of material planning and inventory, supply chain elements of contracts, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present statistical data effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently and as a team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt and grow with the organization.
