We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our Global Financial Services firm, you will play a crucial role in the running of the UK and international payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • UK In-House Payroll: End-to-end management of the UK in-house payroll, including expatriate payroll.
  • International Payroll: Support the running of international outsourced payrolls.
  • Payroll Reporting: Support all payroll month and year-end reporting activities.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer company benefits and pension schemes.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure all relevant deadlines are met and payments are reconciled and made on time.
  • Audit Support: Support various internal and external audits.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams, including benefits, global mobility, and wider HR.
  • External Provider Management: Liaise with and manage external providers.
  • Shared Responsibilities: Shared responsibility for maintaining the team mailbox and answering queries.
Requirements:
  • UK In-House Payroll Experience: Essential experience in UK in-house payroll, ideally within a financial services environment.
  • International Payroll Exposure: Essential experience in international payroll, with a preference for France and US.
  • ADP iHCM and Workday Systems: Experience using ADP iHCM and Workday systems is desirable.
  • Financial Services Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the financial services industry and regulations is desirable.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude and willingness to search for answers before asking for help.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills.
