Digital Transformation Coach

As a Digital Transformation Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to unlock their potential and achieve sustainable employment. You will work closely with participants to identify barriers and create tailored action plans that foster personal growth and mindset transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Coaching: Work with participants to conduct diagnostic assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop comprehensive action plans to secure meaningful employment.
- Performance Excellence: Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets by refining strategies and seeking input from stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants and the community.
- Service Signposting: Provide participants with accurate information about internal and external services addressing needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching.
- Employment Preparation: Ensure participants have well-crafted CVs, tailored supporting statements, and cover letters to aid their job search.
- Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews and assessment activities to help participants build confidence in their abilities and prepare them for employment opportunities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic records of participant support, reflecting the breadth of services offered, within required timescales and standards.
- Performance and Mindset: Leverage strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets, while engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change.
- Flexibility and Creativity: Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills in addressing complex challenges.
- Digital Literacy: Possess high-level digital literacy to effectively support participants in their personal and professional development.
