Data Insights Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst or Analytics lead with a track record of working with business to deliver change and innovation.

The role offers the chance to work at the centre of innovation and transformation in the Aviva Health business, helping to build our understanding of providers who offer our customers the best quality of clinical outcomes and simplicity of patient journey, while balancing sustainability of cost and affordability.

You will lead on activity with analytics to shape and deliver on projects covering topics such as supplier selection, pathway management, operational efficiency and cost leakage detection.

As a key business partner, you will work seamlessly across the Aviva Health business to build relationships and provide expertise to deliver great business outcomes.

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong numerate degree or equivalent knowledge through industry experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with extensive experience of handling, analysing and reporting on large data sets using tools such as SQL, R, Python
  • Ability to manage and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally
  • Working independently or as part of a team to deliver outcomes

What you'll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
