Commercial Director

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to drive commercial excellence across our business unit. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with external clients, agencies, and internal teams, with a particular focus on partnering with Sales teams locally and in our global regional offices.
Chart Industries is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered equipment servicing multiple applications in the clean energy and industrial gas markets. Our strategic direction includes a focus on sustainable technologies and the development of solutions that contribute to cleaner energy sources, particularly in hydrogen infrastructure.
The Commercial Manager will collaborate with Value Streams and Sales teams to drive commercial rigour and ensure risk assessment for projects and financial performance. They will also manage cashflows, milestone management, and terms & conditions, implementing process improvements to enhance customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, clean order-to-cash processes, and sustainable growth. They will also have a sound understanding of financial reporting, cashflow, revenue recognition, and profit & loss.
