Facilities Management Professional

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
With a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive and servicing on all Mechanical plant and equipment
- Fault-finding, servicing & repair work
- Maintaining up-to-date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment
**Requirements:**
- City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications
- Legionella awareness advantageous
- IPAF certification
**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
**Location:** Hampshire area
