Job Title: Oracle Functional Analyst

Location: Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst to join our team at Lorien on a contract basis. As an Oracle Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, building, testing, and deploying new integrations, enhancements, reports, and configurations in Oracle Financials to enable our client to implement Supply Chain Finance/Dynamic Discounting functionality with a chosen 3rd party provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review business requirements and gather system configuration inputs
  • Review existing supplier master setup, AP invoicing/payments process, and AP/AR netting process
  • Create detailed BR100/config documents for new configuration and enhancement requirements
  • Create functional specs (MD050) for new integrations, enhancements, and reports and support build and test
  • Configure DEV and TEST instances
  • Test base configuration and system flows
  • Support SIT and UAT
  • Create cutover documents and support Prod deployment
  • Provide post-go-live support

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding and experience of configuring Oracle Financials (R12.1.3 and R AP, AR, Payments, and CM modules)
  • Experienced in creation of BR100 documents
  • Experienced in building custom integrations, enhancements, reports, and creation of functional specifications
  • Experienced in creation and execution of system test scenarios
  • Knowledge of standard transaction flows and business processes for the modules in scope
  • Knowledge of Oracle data model and running database queries for in-scope modules
  • Good communication skills, ability to work with multiple teams, and business stakeholder engagement
