- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate a flexible approach to respond to business and client needs, ensuring daily food preparation meets recipe and specification requirements.
- Meetings and Communication: Attend relevant meetings and maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's business operations.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as City & Guild 7061/7062 or NVQ Level 2/3.
- Experience: Experience in ordering systems, cost processes, and team training and coaching.
- Benefits: 50% F&B discount at selected restaurants, contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, and complimentary meals while on duty.
This is a permanent position. Applicants should possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and a hygiene certificate. In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
