We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Adult Mental Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our mental health services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our mental health teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience, working closely with our clinical teams and other stakeholders.
- Manage and develop our mental health services, ensuring that they are aligned with national policies and strategies.
- Lead and motivate our clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure that our services are integrated and effective.
Requirements
- Clinical qualification in occupational therapy and HCPC registration.
- Experience of leading and managing clinical teams, with a track record of improving patient outcomes and experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
