About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team at Circet UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate and manage workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and coach sub-contractors to ensure compliance with NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments.
  • Site Safety: Conduct in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Client Management: Identify and prepare submission for DFE's (Design, Fabrication, and Erection) to the Client for approval.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the SROH (Street Works Regulations Order).
  • Certifications: NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of permit to work schemes, noticing, and WIP v Cash.
  • Skills: Strategic and commercial awareness, ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, and understanding of Client's quality requirements.
  • Desirable: IOSH certification.
