Job Title: Director of Client Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Services to join our team at The Talent Movement. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and developing processes to enhance their role and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes to optimize the role of service engineers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of 8 engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and their team to field inquiries and schedule work.
  • Develop training pathways for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the business to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in delivering excellent customer service through a field-based engineering team.
  • Practical experience in a technical environment, with the ability to understand technical information (electro/mechanical).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
