Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain professional to join our team as a ESD Head of Procurement. This is a key role within our Procurement function, responsible for leading the development and implementation of procurement strategies and processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience of leading teams and implementing change initiatives. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex procurement information in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead the procurement function, including managing a team of procurement professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Communicate complex procurement information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Implement change initiatives to improve procurement processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement supplier management strategies to drive value and efficiency.
- Manage the procurement of goods and services, including negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports and metrics to measure performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience of leading teams and implementing change initiatives.
