Senior Fellow in Neuro Intensive Care

About the RoleThe Senior Fellow will work closely with our experienced team of consultants and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients with complex neurological conditions. You will be responsible for participating in daily ward rounds, leading clinical discussions, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in daily ward rounds and contribute to clinical discussions
- Lead clinical discussions and present cases to the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines
- Participate in research projects and present findings at national and international conferences
- Provide educational sessions to junior staff and students
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience working in anaesthesia and critical care within a UK NHS Trust
- Completion of the Initial Assessment of Anaesthetic Competence (IAC) certificate or equivalent
- Competence in airway management and central venous cannulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
