We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, a leading provider of professional cleaning and grounds maintenance services. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients across Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Dust, damp wipe, or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Floor Care: Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops, mop floors with wet or damp mops, and hoover carpeted areas.
  • Waste Management: Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Cleaning Supplies: Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use and replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Prior professional cleaning experience is essential.
  • Hard Floor Cleaning: Prior experience in hard floor cleaning is an advantage.
  • Driving Licence: You will need to have a Clean Full UK Manual Driving Licence, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
  • IT Literacy: You will need to be IT literate, with the ability to use tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
