Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Nexgen Group, a leading provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain a variety of surfaces, including walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep and mop floors using brushes, dust control mops, and wet or damp mops.
  • Hoover carpeted areas and empty waste bins or similar receptacles.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use and replenish consumable items.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
Requirements:
  • Prior professional cleaning experience is essential.
  • Prior experience in hard floor cleaning is an advantage.
  • A Clean Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
  • IT literacy, including the use of tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
