We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of sites in Essex, including Harlow and Basildon.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
- Sweep and mop floors using brushes, dust control mops, and wet or damp mops.
- Hoover carpeted areas and empty waste bins or similar receptacles.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
- Prior professional cleaning experience is essential.
- Prior experience in hard floor cleaning is an advantage.
- A Clean Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
- IT literacy, including the use of tablet and smartphone apps.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
