We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Training Specialist to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions Ltd in Maidstone, United Kingdom. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate trainer to deliver high-quality training modules for new and existing care staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care training and a strong background in the care sector. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative are essential. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25k (DOE) + Commission.

As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering mandatory health and social care training modules in an engaging and informative manner. You will also complete relevant marking, follow-up administration, and compiling training paperwork. Collaboration with other branch trainers to ensure all training modules are up-to-date with any changes in legislation is also required.

You will have the opportunity to adapt your communication and training style depending on the trainees and naturally build rapport with new people. Liaising with existing and potential clients regarding their training needs is also a key aspect of this role.
