We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
About the Role
The salary for this position is approximately £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Clinical Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing effective care plans, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing care delivery, managing your own time, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/QCF Diploma or certificate of care/Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent, or working towards Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths). A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in a health or social care setting is also required, along with experience of working as part of a team and using Microsoft Office and various IT packages (EPay/E-roster/AT-P/CIS).
