The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance and day-to-day operations. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, optimize KPI performance, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and day-to-day operations.
- Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and optimizing KPI performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute a tasting events programme to showcase our product range.
- Support the recruitment, management, and development of the team.
- Take accountability for the physical appearance and maintenance of the store.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the operational running of the store.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and ability to drive improvements.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- WSET 2 qualification is essential, with a willingness to work towards WSET 3 qualification.
