About Your Role

You'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality flight and simulator instruction to trainees, contributing to the success of our students and the growth of our organisation.

As a Multi-Engine Flight Instructor, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our trainees.

  • Design and implement effective training programmes.
  • Deliver training sessions using modern aircraft and simulators.
  • Evaluate and improve training methods and materials.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • £57,750 per annum salary based on 600 hours productivity target.
  • Up to £10,000 annual bonus for achieving 650 hours.
  • £1,000 sign-on bonus upon completion of standardisation.
