Job Description

This senior role involves:

  1. Managing plant systems and maintenance schedules
  2. Ensuring safety compliance and fostering a positive safety culture
  3. Supervising contractors and controlling costs
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience and team management skills
  • Calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and numerical proficiency
  • NOSH General certification and IWFM or IOSH membership (desirable)
  • Electrical or mechanical qualifications (desirable)
