Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking a talented Children's Homecare Director to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services for children with learning disabilities, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Objectives
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our care services.
  2. Foster strong relationships with external partners, including local authorities and healthcare providers, to secure funding and resources.
  3. Manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted registration and data protection laws.
  5. Contribute to the development of our organization's vision and strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in children's residential care.
  2. Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
Salary and Benefits
