About the Role

Binnies, an RSK Group Company, is seeking a skilled Data Coordinator to join our @one Alliance team. As a Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, collating, and storing data related to Operations & Maintenance information, SAP Plant Maintenance, OEM, and Health & Safety Files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, collecting, and handling data.
  • Ensure that all relevant data is identified early in the project lifecycle.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Digital Operating Manual (DOM) process for project teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify when data is available for collation and assist in developing the Project Specific Data DOM list at relevant delivery milestones.
  • Ensure that data is collated, reviewed, and signed off in line with current procedures.
  • Regularly report on data collation progress against the baseline to the project team, O&M Technical Authors, and O&M and OEM Data Manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have strong IT skills, with proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and BIM360. You will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders are essential.
