We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for Performance to join our team. As an Associate Director for Performance, you will be responsible for leading clinical studies and working closely with our team to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical studies and ensure timely completion
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for project success
  • Manage budgets and vendors to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Recruit and manage patients for clinical studies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in leading clinical studies
  • Experience with budget oversight, vendor management, and patient recruitment
  • Mixture of biotechnology and pharmaceutical company exposure is ideal
  • Experience working for a sponsor is essential
