This is a challenging full-time role that combines clinical and strategic leadership expertise. Hosted by North East London Foundation Trust, the successful candidate will work in conjunction with Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) across North East London.

The post-holder will promote effective relationships with key partners, including local authorities, commissioners, schools, and voluntary organizations. A postgraduate-qualified psychological practitioner or registered nurse with extensive experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) or MHSTs is required.

Key responsibilities include coordinating Research & Development activity within the service, implementing complex projects, and achieving performance and governance targets in the NHS. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of strategy formulation and implementation in mental health services.

Additionally, the post-holder will possess extensive experience in multidisciplinary working, clinical supervision, and knowledge of policy and practice related to education settings. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for presenting information at senior and field levels.
