Key Responsibilities- Manage the Wayfinding Strategy: Collaborate with our external strategy consultants to deliver placement schedules that meet the PMO critical path and align with the CX strategy, Wayfinding Design Guidelines, Communication best practice, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Ensure that the placement strategy and artworking process deliver against the agreed Construction PMO timeline.
- Integrate Physical and Digital Solutions: Steer a seamless integration of physical and digital Wayfinding solutions.
- Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Responsible for ad-hoc Wayfinding requests across the business and ensure all signage remains consistent with the project implementation (e.g., digital maps, FIDS).
- Support Marketing Team: Assist the Marketing team in other tasks as appropriate.
- Education: Degree educated preferred with a minimum 2:2.
- Relevant Qualifications: Relevant marketing or graphic design qualification desirable, but not essential if substituted with experience that demonstrates strong transferrable skills.
- Experience: Experience of copywriting, proofreading responsibilities, and creating clear customer messaging with strong written English skills.
- Project Management Skills: Project management skills, great attention to detail, and self-motivated initiative is a must.
- Brand Management: Experience of the application of brand visual identity and guidelines for a consumer brand is an advantage.
- Graphic Design: Experience in graphic design, art working, communications, customer experience, brand management, or the design to print process highly desirable.
- Customer Journey: Affinity for understanding of the principles of customer journeys and experience.
