Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Provide training and development support to branch staff and carers.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving it. You'll also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices, as well as experience in management-level roles within the care sector. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
