Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Wilds Lodge School, a specialist boarding and day provision for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Job Role:
The appointed candidate will work as a Speech and Language Therapist, providing therapy services to pupils across our three sites.
Duties:
- Delivery of speech and language therapy assessments and interventions ensuring that programmes are integral to the student's education and development.
- Sound knowledge and use of a wide range of speech and language therapy methods and interventions for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, autism, learning disabilities, and other special educational needs.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Extensive and relevant experience post registration.
- HCPC and RCSLT membership.
- Full driving licence.
- Well-established knowledge about developmental speech and language disorders and communication disorders associated with complex conditions and emotional/behavioural disorders.
About Wilds Lodge School:
Wilds Lodge School is an independent 38 week specialist boarding and day provision for boys and girls for students aged between 5 and 19 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, set in Rutland.
