Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Night Duty Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising colleagues, making impactful decisions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver an exemplary service, boasting personalization, empathy, and charm.
  • Develop, mentor, and supervise colleagues to ensure their growth and success.
  • Make impactful decisions as the main point of managerial responsibility overnight.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience working nights within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
  • Strong OPERA & Knowcross knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and generate new ideas.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
