At GLL, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our team at Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney. As a Duty Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding experience for our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and control the centre's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the centre's operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
