About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Connected Health. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives at home. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user and their family.
  • Work within the policies and procedures of Connected Health, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Communicate regularly with the immediate supervisor, reporting any changes in the service user's condition or circumstances.
  • Attend training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No formal experience is required, as full accredited training will be provided.
  • You must have an empathetic nature and be able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • You must be a driver with access to a car.
