Main Responsibilities

This role involves implementing and maintaining our management systems, driving process improvements, and leading internal audits.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a disciplined approach with good organisation, prioritisation, and planning skills.

They will also be able to work in a team and alone, with excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to learn new non-Microsoft software.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate annual and periodic management reviews of the Quality Management Systems aligned with our ISO certifications.
  • Manage updates to Macro's internal business processes, activity guides, and templates.
  • Creation and coordination of the annual audit/inspection schedule.
  • Undertake audits in line with the schedule and create, train, and mentor a team of cross-functional internal auditors.
  • Participate and assist leading external audits on behalf of Macro for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
  • Support central teams and operational teams on new contract mobilisations, including the creation of contract-specific playbooks.
  • Training of Macro staff in the use of management systems.
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies and implement changes.
  • Liaise with colleagues to develop, review, and maintain standards for processes and procedures.
  • Produce monthly reports covering quality performance metrics.
  • Analyse results of reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports focusing on root causes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Coordinate communications from the team on system updates, legislation changes, other business updates.
