We're seeking a talented Painting Tutor Lead to join our Visual Arts Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a series of engaging and challenging lessons for our students.

About the Role:

As Painting Tutor Lead, you'll oversee the development and delivery of our course, working closely with our artist-tutors to ensure they meet the highest standards. You'll also provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to students, as well as oversee administrative and quality assurance procedures.

About the Salary:

">

The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,019 (based on 75% full-time hours), which includes a competitive hourly rate of £24.59 (pro rata) plus holiday entitlement.
