About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-calibre candidates for various positions. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our esteemed client base. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates from graduate to director level
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to determine suitability for specific roles
• Actively network and build a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing client needs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate identification to offer management
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates

Requirements:
An entrepreneurial spirit with strong ambition and drive to succeed. Competitive nature with ability to deal with high-pressure situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
